Job responsibilities
1, To establish and improve the internal control system, compile the documents of processes, systems and other in accordance with the company's business development. 2, Promote the implementation of internal control documents and organize training and explanation; 3, To participate in the annual internal control testing of the Group and subsidiaries, analyze internal control problem and promote adjustment of internal control issues; 4, Identify deficiencies in the company's internal controls and provide suggestions for improvement; 5, Analyze and evaluate the feasibility and appropriateness of the company and subsidiaries management system, processes, etc. and provide rationalization recommendations.
Job Requirements
1, Undergraduate degree or above; finance, auditing, law, economics and other related majors; with overseas study experience, or intermediate accountants certificate, or auditors title is preferred; 2, With more than 2 years working experience of internal control audit; much preferred with work experience of listed companies, overseas companies internal control audit, internal control management, risk control, financial managers and others; 3, Have enterprise management, risk control, financial management, audit and other professional knowledge and skills; 4, Good communication, coordination skills and teamwork; 5, CETT-4 and above, be skilled with hearing, speaking, reading and writing; 6, Skillful use of OFFICE software, with excellent capability of documents and writing is preferred; 7, Must work actively and conscientiously, responsible, honest, self-confidence, team spirit.
