Job responsibilities
Be responsible for the post setting, staffing and responsibility definition of the hotel engineering department Be responsible for formulating the standard requirements for hotel equipment maintenance Be responsible for formulating the standard requirements for hotel facility renewal and transformation Be responsible for the acceptance management system and process of hotel equipment and facilities Be responsible for the hotel engineering safety management system and process Be responsible for the management of energy-saving measures such as water, electricity and gas conservation in the hotel Be responsible for organizing the plan for hotel equipment and facilities renewal and small-scale transformation projects, and put forward reasonable suggestions for equipment and facilities management Cooperate to complete the feasibility analysis and investigation of large-scale hotel renovation and expansion projects, participate in organizing the scheme design and construction bidding of large-scale transformation projects, and organize construction, quality inspection and completion acceptance Be responsible for reviewing the hotel's annual, quarterly and monthly maintenance and repair plans Be responsible for reviewing hotel maintenance materials and maintenance and repair costs Be responsible for regularly and irregularly reviewing the implementation of hotel engineering management and safety
Job Requirements
College degree or above, majoring in electromechanical engineering, water supply and drainage or related fields More than 5 years of work experience, and more than 3 years of experience in the same position Candidates with experience in the preparation and opening of cultural tourism resort hotels are preferred Be able to accept overseas assignment
