Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: - Product Portfolio Management: Take full ownership of the overseas hotel product lifecycle, including planning, development, and ongoing maintenance. - Contract Negotiation & Acquisition: Lead negotiations with overseas hotel partners to secure both allotment and standard agreement contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company. - Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement a scientific pricing system to maximize profit margins while maintaining strong market competitiveness. - Market & Competitor Analysis: Proactively gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and strategies. Utilize insights to make data-driven adjustments to sales and product strategies. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the product expert, working closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure clear communication and alignment on product initiatives. - Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and execute monthly sales plans based on annual targets, ensuring the successful achievement of departmental goals. - Data Integrity & Communication: Rigorously oversee the accuracy and timeliness of uploaded hotel rates, information, and news announcements to all relevant platforms.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in overseas product development and management, preferably within the hotel or travel industry. - Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of successful business negotiations. - Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory for use as a working language in business negotiations. - Proficiency in an additional foreign language is a significant advantage. - Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the overseas hotel market landscape and standard hotel operational procedures. - Commercial Acumen: Strong marketing, analytical, and operational skills with excellent market planning and execution capabilities. - Leadership & Service Orientation: Demonstrated team management abilities and a strong customer-centric service ethic."
