Job Description: 1. Responsible for formulating community operation plans for English-speaking regions around the world, constantly adjusting and improving program quality and implementation efficiency; 2. Led the construction of community content in English-speaking areas, including community content planning, KOL/KOC mining and cultivation, player interaction and public opinion monitoring, community activity planning and execution; 3. Actively interact with users, follow up version localization quality, organize and analyze user data, and provide game optimization suggestions to the development team.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in community operation in English-speaking areas, skilled in using all kinds of overseas mainstream Social Media; 2. Roguelike or ARPG project experience is preferred; 3. Be familiar with the operating environment, basic processes and user behaviors in English-speaking regions, and understand western culture, politics and language habits; 4. Good self-drive, communication ability and logical thinking ability, close to native English level. Pluses: Operation and management of we-media accounts (TikTok, Twitch, Youtube and etc.)
