As an Overseas Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in international markets and expanding our customer base. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for building relationships with clients worldwide.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products/services and expand our network. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in overseas sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions. Solid understanding of international business practices, customs regulations, and logistics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude. Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
