Its purpose is to ensure accurate financial reporting, optimize cost management, project management and support business performance—directly contributing to the company's profitability and long-term success.You Will Make Key Contributions To EnvaliorOperate as integrated part of global, region and site team in EnvaliorWork on optimizing and harmonizing financial processes & reporting, and implementing best practiceAbility to effectively operate in virtual teams across the region and globe, with multiple stakeholders (in- and outside of Envalior)Preparing the budgeting and forecasting process of site CAPEX and FOOP, and provide explanation, analysis and recommendations to Operations ManagementAnalyze fixed cost actuals vs budget/forecast, production efficiency- and utilization results, monthly PPV and stock revelation, etcProvide support to the Continuous Improvement, Business Operations Strategy analyses etcIn the first 2 years, will focus on Melody project relevant finance support as an assistant project controller. RequirementsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEBachelor in Accounting/Finance, and/or CMA, CPA, MBASeasoned finance professional (5+ relevant working experience) with broad knowledge of and track record in Finance and Control processes in various businesses/operations/ SCM/manufacturing environmentsAble to manage a complex network of stakeholders, including internally and externallyExperience in project management, including digitalization of financial processesFamiliar with IFRS and China GAAPExperience with SAP (Product costing, project management, FICO)Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressureFluent in English and Mandarin
