Update goods tracking files daily to maintain accurate visibility of inventory movements. Track delivery commitments and provide timely feedback to the front-end teams. Conduct inventory structure analysis and ensure efficient inventory management. Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and follow up to ensure on-time customer payments. Provide weekly updates on the production plan to support order delivery coordination. Analyze and compare supply plans versus demand forecasts to identify gaps or risks. Support the rolling three-month forecast and quarterly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) target tracking and analysis.
