Position Summary: This role primarily focuses on marketing, technical support, project management, and on-site communication facilitation for access network-related projects in the Indian region. The individual will be responsible for comprehensive client-facing technical and delivery aspects, ensuring customer-centric service and managing project progress/quality throughout the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities: 1. Pre-Sales Phase: Participate in customer visits and bidding processes. Conduct needs analysis, respond to technical proposals, prepare product solutions and bid documents, lead solution validation, submit prototypes, and track progress. 2. Sales Execution Phase: Coordinate backend resources based on customer requirements for product development. Conduct high-quality testing of product metrics. When necessary, travel to the site to oversee field testing, customer communication, and issue resolution. Oversee testing schedules and pace to ensure overall project objectives are met. 3. Post-Sales Phase: Ensure product delivery, training, and maintenance. Prepare and distribute product documentation, handle and resolve after-sales issues, maintain network reliability, and enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Indian JDM Project Management: Be responsible for end-to-end project tracking from project initiation through EVT, DVT-PVT, to MP stages. This includes follow-ups on hardware, structural, software, functionality, performance, metrics, certification testing, and other project matters.

Qualification: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Networks, Electronics, Communications, Mathematics, or related fields. 2. Proficient in computer networks, TCP/IP Layer 2/3 protocols, familiar with router/switch/home gateway/FWA/MBB product features, performance metrics, and WiFi/LTE-related technical standards and testing methodologies. Deep understanding of common routing or gateway chip solutions and their strengths/weaknesses. Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience, with a preference for embedded communication product development and testing backgrounds. 3. Fluent in English as a working language, capable of overseas travel (India). 4. Proactive and driven with strong technical foundations in computer networks, broadband access, WiFi communication, and experience in managing large-scale projects. 5. Excellent communication skills, strong service orientation, and a self-motivated work style.
