1. The teacher plans using the school’s standards, the school’s curriculum, effective strategies, resources, and data to meet the needs of all students. 2. The teacher effectively engages students in learning by using a variety of instructional strategies in order to meet individual learning needs. 3. The teacher systematically gathers, analyzes, and uses all relevant data to measure student academic progress, guide instructional content and delivery methods, and provide timely feedback to both students and parents throughout the school year. 4. The teacher uses resources, routines, and procedures to provide a respectful, positive, safe, student-centered environment that is conducive to learning 5. 1. Current teaching certification. 2. A minimum of an undergraduate degree in Education or the area of expertise required. 3. Previous teaching experience, and strong knowledge in the area of teaching drama to young students. 4. IB Theatre teaching experience preferred. 5. A good understanding of the IB MYP drama and DP Theatre curriculum. 6. A proven collaborator skilled at working well with others. 7. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills 8. Expertise in building active, collaborative classroom programs which develop a sense of classroom community and trust. 9. A proven ability to differentiate instruction and integrate learning.
