1. Teach all subjects required by the curriculum, including English Language Arts, Science, Mathematics, and related courses in an integrated program. 2. Prepares effective daily lesson plans and long-term lesson plans (syllabi). 3. Follow approved lesson plans based on students' strengths, abilities, preferences and hobbies as well as their own. 4. Manage the classroom in a professional manner, keeping it neat, comfortable and accessible to the students.

1, Bachelor's degree from an accredited university of 3 years or more. 2, Native English speaker. 3, TEFL, CELTA or TESOL certification. 4, Native English speaking teacher's license preferred. 5, Previous teaching experience in a native English speaking country is preferred. 6, Genuine interest in teaching and professional development. 7, Open-minded, patient, adventurous and professionally flexible.
