1. Ensure effective teaching and management of classes, groups, and individuals to achieve teaching objectives, maintain teaching progress and challenges, and make full use of teaching time. 2. Determine clear teaching objectives, content, curriculum structure, and sequence based on the educational needs of students. 3. Evaluate students' grades and progress according to agreed policies and procedures. 4. Prepare and submit a comprehensive report to parents in a professional manner. 5. Interact with academic and administrative colleagues to establish productive work relationships. 6. Choose appropriate resources to support learners in achieving teaching objectives. 7. Take responsibility for your professional development. 8. Serve as the homeroom teacher for designated student groups. 9. 1. Native language is English; 2. A bachelor's degree or above is required; 3. Hold a TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate; 4. No criminal background investigation; 5. At least two years of relevant teaching experience (priority given to those with IB teaching experience); 6. Those with QTS, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualifications will be given priority;
