1. Obtain at least a bachelor's degree in the relevant field; 2. At least two years of high school English teaching experience; 3. Experience in teaching ESL students is preferred; 4. Obtain at least one of the following certificates: TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, PGCE, National Teacher Certificate, Education Diploma 5.
