Category strategy and product line management: -Responsible for combining the requirements of suppliers, live-streamers, and platforms, coordinating and communicating with live crew, and formulating product selection plans and GMV goals for each stage (quarterly and monthly); -Responsible for product reporting, participating in product selection review, and optimizing product lines and increasing category transaction amount based on relevant data, tiktok platform, livestreamer and other feedback; -Commodity basic performance review: weekly/monthly/quarterly product selection plan and corresponding progress, classification by channel performance, timely review based on performance, and formulation of corresponding action plans; -New product tracking, sensitive to products in the industry, focusing on market trends, planning ideas for product selection, and regular output of high-quality selections; according to various seasons, festivals, hotspots, etc., dig out popular products and categories, Provide the scope of product categories, the progress of new product search and the status of new product launches, and drive investment promotion; 3. Other works -Refine product selling points and output, assist in live broadcast scheduling and assembly, docking operations and anchors to implement various tasks (cooperating with keynote operation team); -Live sample procurement and logistics work related assistance (in collaboration with the sample collection team); 4.Must be a practitioner in the beauty industry！
