- Provide technical supports for project stakeholders including lab, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering, Tooling, Inject Molding, Assembly, Quality Assurance and Project Purchasing regarding new or existing product modification. - Be the key technical contact both internally and externally for development, industrial design and compliance. - Develop technical documentation in support of projects. - Provide timely reports of project status to R&D team. - Other duties as assigned with considerations of potential development path.

- College Degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related. - At least 2 years of professional experience in the fields of home appliance or vacuum cleaner, with sound knowledge of plastic materials, mechanical components, mechanical system design and development. - Proficiency in 3-dimensional CAD design tools (CATIA V5 or V6) and high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. And proved knowledge or experience in relevant risk management tools (e.g. FMEA and DFMEA). Be able to create, design, test and document mechanical/electrical systems efficiently. - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Be able to multitask and work independently. -Excellent communication skills with good command in written and oral English. Fluent in German is a great plus. - Personal Traits: strong integrity, great sense of ownership and strong desire for improvement. - Willing to travel.
