1.In accordance with international standards (e.g. EU, IEC, ISO, DIN, GE, UL, etc.), work closely with mechanical engineering and manufacturing engineering teams, conduct material selection, testing and relevant solution implementation of plastic, rubber or other materials for household appliances and applications. 2.Be the technical authority in his/her field, work on novel ideas and innovations, create technical specifications and ensure proper implementation. 3.Provide technical and professional support for existing projects, and conduct relevant development activities. 4.Be the consultant for new plastic material selection and technology, who drives invention and promotion of new products and technical solutions. 5.Be one of the key contact windows between internal and external research and development partners (academic institutions), and ensure the strategic corporation.

1.Master's Degree or above in Material Science or other related fields, and with at least 3 years of professional experience in new material selection, polymer modification and plastic processing in manufacturing field. 2.Good communication skills in English (written and oral), and be able to work in a culturally diverse team. 3.Solid knowledge or/and technical experience in plastic molding. 4.Be able to work independently and with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5.Good team player and be able to drive positive changes for the team.
