Job Responsibilities: 1、Take full after-sales responsibility for inspection, repair, recovery and delivery of all returned goods (in local country). 2、 Work with product and quality departments to collect and feedback information on the quality of supplied products and maintain close contact with manufacturers to ensure timely exchange of information and updating of manufacturers' technical and product information. 3、Responsible for all customer service and technical support, including online consultation, remote guidance and training on product technology related issues. 4、Responsible for management duties, assist the after-sales service specialist to complete the inventory management of overseas warehouse, including regular inventory work and daily system operation. 5、 Completing other temporary tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Professional competence for the work： 1, Experienced in repairing technical goods and technical support for more than 1 year, better familiar with the products of cleaning category 2, Quickly master ERP and WMS systems after training 3, Have business communication skills and service awareness. 4, Ability to speak German/Russian/English for domestic communication, prefer to choose employees with overseas work experience.
