1.Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of operating systems, networks, databases, and business software, including construction, deployment, monitoring, and upgrading; 2.Responsible for tracking and resolving on-site emergencies or legacy issues, including on-site resolution and backend support; 3.Responsible for feedback on failure issues and product requirements, assisting in product improvement and optimization; 4.Responsible for business software system inspection, analysis reporting, and problem-solving; 5.Responsible for building a customer's business platform monitoring system and implementing the daily monitoring of the business system; 6.Standardize business platform common problems and respond to standardization.

1.Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related majors,Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;; 2.Good team communication and collaboration skills; 3.Understanding of the basic principles of operating systems, computer networks, and databases, with practical computer project operation capabilities; 4.Familiar with common commands of Windows servers and Linux operating systems, and capable of setting up WEB services. 5.Familiar with SQL, single-machine/cluster deployment of databases; 6.Passionate about technology, with a spirit of inquiry; 7. Python script programming ability is preferred.
