Job Responsibilities** 1. Oversee global procurement and sales of rare metals, ensuring supply chain stability and profitability. 2. Monitor market dynamics, analyze price trends, and formulate procurement/sales strategies. 3. **Supply Chain Management**: Manage end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure timely, quality-assured delivery of goods. Collaborate closely with logistics, warehousing, and transportation teams to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. 4. **Risk Management**: Track customer payments and mitigate risks related to currency exchange and contractual defaults.

**Qualifications** 1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5+ years of experience in non-ferrous (rare) metals and mineral trading. Extensive global upstream/downstream resources required. 2. Proficient in end-to-end import/export procedures and familiar with Hong Kong offshore trade operations. 3. Fluent in English for business negotiations and professional correspondence. 4. Ability to independently analyze market trends and provide actionable insights. 5. Priority given to candidates with established supplier and client networks. 6. Experience in futures trading is a plus. 7. Hong Kong residency or valid work visa preferred.
