Responsible for the operation of overseas APP and YouTube film and television content, controlling the tone and quality of content (mainly including variety shows, movies, documentaries, TV dramas, anime, etc.); 2. Adjust operational priorities based on overseas user preferences, analyze fan needs, and be able to quickly respond to hot topics; 3. Monitor and analyze data through data analysis, extract project performance into data improvement plans, output project analysis reports, and propose optimization solutions for operational strategies. 4. Familiarize and master the operation mode of overseas APP, understand the latest trends and information of various content going global, broaden marketing thinking and improve operational logic.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in media, advertising, directing, planning or related majors, with no limitation on work experience. Local study or work experience in Central and South Asia is preferred; 2. Familiar with content operation business processes, understand efficient execution methods for programs from packaging, creativity, planning, promotion to channel effect tracking; 3. Having sufficient operational experience and understanding of the content areas (variety shows, movies, documentaries, TV dramas, anime, etc.) under one's responsibility, and being able to have a certain understanding of the hot topics in the content areas under one's responsibility; 4. Familiar with the content of the overseas industry, familiar with the dynamics of China and overseas entertainment circles, and familiar with the daily operation of current celebrity fan groups; 5. Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Tiktok, Douban, Station B, Aiyou Tengmang APP, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms are preferred for heavy users; 6. Design skills, excellent copywriting, and editing skills are preferred. Required: Familiarity with local Malaysian culture, proficiency in Malay language, priority given to Malaysian Chinese
