1. Mainly responsible for creating and managing the TikTok team, live streaming operations, event planning, operational strategies, driving follower growth, and enhancing brand visibility. 2. Includes planning for self-broadcasting direction, key creative ideas, planning, coordinating, and discussing each live stream's mechanism activities, welfare program updates, and gameplay updates. 3. Responsible for live stream product planning, tracking traffic and conversion data metrics, and reviewing activities. 4. Research TikTok or Douyin live streaming trends and competitor movements, continuously optimize live stream script planning, activity schemes, and promote product sales conversion. 5. Compile and analyze live streaming data, optimize and summarize, continuously improve store live streaming processes, and enhance brand live streaming appearance and conversion data.

1. Associate degree or higher, with more than 3 years of experience in Douyin or TikTok live streaming operations. 2. Possess a spirit of challenge and exploration, able to handle high work intensity and pressure, with a strong sense of professionalism and team mentoring ability. 3. Strong data analysis skills, logical thinking ability, and organizational coordination skills.
