PONGO is looking to fill up the space of a Tiktok Live Operations Executive, to support the operations of live stream. The selected candidate will form a part of the Marketing team and will support in the execution of Tiktok operations. Livestream Execution ● Work closely with show producers to create different livestreaming set up – including but not limited to product features in cart and more. ● Provide insights on room engagement and performance – identifying key levers to improve interactions while learning new product pushes for tiktok live stream. Livestream Assisting ● Coordination across multiple stakeholders and clients for smooth execution of Livestream (e.g. setting up of livestream room, product features are linked) ● Monitoring and reporting of results of every livestream Livestream Administrative & Operation ● Support the overall Tiktok live strategy implementation and day-to-day execution of tasks ● Support Tiktok’s seasonal campaigns ● Defining criteria and guidelines for usage of various Tiktok products ● Monitor channel performance and support in building weekly reports

Job Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study ● 1 - 2 years of work experience, ideally in eCommerce or high-growth industries; Fresh grad with passion for content and livestreaming ● Good communication skills with a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment ● Readiness to take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail ● Ability to work independently and as a team player, with can-do attitude and ability the thrive in a dynamic environment ● Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) ● Open to flexible work arrangements depending on campaign and business needs (e.g. for live streams scheduled after usual working hours) ● Knowledge of Photoshop or any visual / video editing software(s) is a plus
