CONSUMEO has one immediate opening: The role will be in charge of outbound follow-up calls to businesses and services. These are mainly pre-qualified lead follow-up calls and prospecting calls. Bring your stellar language skills, professional phone presence and ability to make outbound business calls to qualify interested parties, and come to excel in this role! Essential Functions: Fluent written and verbal communication skills in either English, French, Spanish, Italian and Arabic. Ability to work from our office in Shanghai or at home Provide excellent service to business partners, clients, and team members Drive results for sales and marketing campaigns Maintain and update records using online CRM software Provide feedback to management on program successes and failures Utilize active listening skills and persuasive linguistic language on all conversations

2+ years combination of customer service, sales or account management experience Professional level fluency in either English, French, Spanish, Italian, and Arabic. A strong knowledge of the Internet and solid MS Outlook and Office skills Proven written and verbal communications skills Time management Ability to easily converse with all levels in an enterprise organization
