Qualifications and Requirements:1. Background in physics, microelectronics, electronic information, optoelectronic engineering and other related disciplines; 2. familiar with the principles and structure of laser annealing equipment; 3. the ability to apply and maintain mainstream laser annealing equipment; 4. the ability to develop laser annealing processes or develop and maintain laser annealing equipment; 5. be familiar with semiconductor manufacturing processes, master the application of laser annealing in various processes in wafer manufacturing, and be able to conduct laser annealing process experiments; 6. education: master’s degree or above in related disciplines; if you have very good experience, a bachelor's degree or lower is also welcome.
