Maintain high-end property service projects, including foreign companies’ office and industrial park, embassies, international education institutes, etc. Maintain close relationship with clients to achieve retention. 2. Build the influential relationship with top management of clients, identify and analyze their needs, find opportunities to get more contracts. 3. Identify and develop potential clients, make development strategy, lead the tender process and close the deal to achieve business goals.

1. Bachelor’s degree 2. 5+ years experiences in similar role, property service management experience is plus. 3. Native speaker of German. 4. Positive, strong interpersonal communication skills, self-motivated and result oriented.
