Our client is a sizable dual-currency fund, multiple billion USD equivalent, specializing in private equity (PE) and long-only investments, with a strong focus on the healthcare sector.they are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Associate to join our team in Beijing. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in IR team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing environment.## Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between the company and investors, providing information and answering inquiries.- Assist in developing and implementing the investor relations strategy.- Prepare and distribute communication materials such as press releases, presentations, and financial reports.- Organize and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.- Monitor and analyze financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide insights to the investor relations strategy.## Day-to-day- Engage with current and potential investors, maintaining positive and professional relationships.- Monitor and report on analyst reports and financial news impacting the company's stock price.- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, legal, and marketing to ensure consistent messaging to investors.- Stay informed about industry and market trends, and communicate relevant information to the team.- Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings calls, annual reports, and other investor-related events.Contact: wechat: -12305/ whatsapp +852 62684868/ ***@***.***
Job Requirements
## Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.- 3-6 years of experience in investor relations, preferably in USD fund.- Strong understanding of long-term fund investment and financial markets.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
