Participate in project negotiation and revise investment plan, analyze relevant processes and provide corresponding plans; 4. Be responsible for preparing the feasibility analysis report, business plan, project proposal, etc. of the investment project; 5. Pay attention to relevant policies, economic development, industrial policies and industry development trends, and collect, sort out and analyze relevant information; 6. Manage the invested projects, including effective analysis and evaluation of the operation, profitability and risk of the project.

1. Full time bachelor degree or above, major in law, finance, finance, economics and other related majors; 2. At least 5 years working experience in investment industry or market analysis, familiar with relevant laws and regulations and processes of investment industry; 3. Led at least 2 successful project investment (whole process), with overseas project investment experience; 4. Strong analysis and judgment ability, rich business negotiation experience; 5. Qualification certificates of securities industry, private placement and fund in China are preferred; 6. Strong sense of confidentiality, rigorous and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, strong executive ability, adaptability and anti pressure; 7.
