About the role You are in charge of our international recruitment of international students coming to China You will be managing the student recruitment team, and helping students from all over the world to choose the most suitable Universities in China using our platform. You will be a good communicator and a peoples person, able to understand needs of people from many different cultures and helping them to reach their goals and able to build a team around you. You will be responsible for setting targets and coordinate with our tech team, marketing team and counsellors to deliver them. Requirements: You can be Chinese or International. It is important that you are an excellent communicator, a people person, who enjoys interacting with people. It is important that you are results driven, and have a good overview of and ability to use technology, with an understanding of how this is changing recruitment.
