Location – Shenzhen, Futian Start date: August 2024 • Contract duration: Starting from one year minimum, however a longer term contract is more desirable as school is interested in retaining teachers for the long term • Grade 3-6 Maths teacher, along with some ESL lessons • Working Hours – (Monday-Friday, 08:00 to 17:00) • Teaching Hours – 5 classes per day, maximum of 25 hours per week • At least one after-school curriculum activity or after-school tutoring within the teaching capacities of 25 hours per week Other benefits: • Paid winter holiday in first year contract. Paid summer holiday the following year (if contract extended after one year). • Travelling allowances: 10,000RMB inclusive for travelling to home country or other destinations annually • Free tuition fee for at least one child

• Holder of Bachelor's Degree or above in Maths or related background, with Teacher's Certification or Degree in Education (e.g. PGCE, US states teaching certification in the relevant subject areas) • American, British, Canadian, Australian, New Zealander or South African (i.e. Native English speakers) would be considered more desirable • A minimum 2 years of teaching experience as a Mathematics teacher • Must be able to obtain a cleared background check
