Job responsibilities
A.Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships in the Japanese market, and achieving the sales targets set by the company. B.In charge of conducting the company's Japanese foreign trade business, answering customer inquiries (including but not limited to details of product technical parameters), and maintaining customer relationships. C.Handle customer orders, complete work such as inquiry and quotation for customer projects, track the production progress of orders, and ensure on-time delivery. D.Arrange the freight transportation of products, handle import and export procedures and other related work, and assist the company's finance department in customs declaration, tax refund and other related work. E.Assist in the translation work for meetings and negotiations between the company and Japanese customers. F.Undertake the Japanese translation work of the company's technical documents, internal documents and emails.
Job Requirements
A.Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade or Japanese-related fields is preferred; familiar with import and export processes, and 3 years of work experience in foreign trade sales or Japanese trading companies is preferred. B.Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level N1, with excellent Japanese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and able to communicate fluently with Japanese customers. C.Familiar with the writing of Japanese business letters and emails as well as daily translation work, and proficient in using office software. D.Possess good professional ethics, team spirit, sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. E.Have keen market insight and logical thinking ability, be proactive, and be good at handling detailed issues in the trade process.
