▪ Design and follow teaching plans according to school curriculum ▪ Undertake a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate young learners ▪ Execute formative assessment and summative assessment on young learners' performance and progress ▪ Co-teach with the classroom teachers and actively participate in co-planning and co-evaluation ▪ Undertake homeroom responsibilities and manage the class according to school schedule ▪ Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations ▪ Maintain good communication with parents and give regular feedback on learners' progress.

▪ English native speaker ▪ Bachelor's Degree or above, academic background in Linguistics or Education preferred ▪ Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in teaching young learners ▪ 120 hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate required ▪ Experience in IB schools with relevant certificates preferred
