Job responsibilities
Native female teachers from the US UK and Canada only please. Will need to start from June and August 2025. Benefits are as follows: 1-Salary:20-30K after tax. 2-Housing allowance: 2000RMB. 3-Flight reimbursement up to 8000RMB/year. 4-Signing in bonus around 6000RMB. 5-Breakfast and lunch provided during weekdays. 6-Commercial health insurance provided. 7-Holiday: 1) Chinese public holidays ; 2) A week for winter holiday; 3) Two weeks for summer holidays; 4) One day for thanksgiving and a day for Christmas 8-Other benefits Job description- •To teach pupils who are assigned to a class within the school and to carry out such associated duties as are reasonably assigned by the Head of Early Years. •Promote and adhere to school Vision & Values: •Ensure the effective teaching and management of the class by using different age-appropriate teaching methods as well as by developing lesson plans. •Provide a secure and engaging learning environment. •Ensure Health and Safety of the pupils. •Establish effective methods of assessment of pupils’ work and using them to enhance learning. •Identify clear teaching objectives and goals of lessons appropriate to the needs of the pupils •Ensure that agreed school policies are followed and understood. •Maintain good and professional relations with Parents and the wider community. •To support the after-school activities, school trips,events and to contribute to whole school learning. •Continual development on your own Personal Development. •Implementing Safeguarding procedures at the School aligning with our QA standards. •Any other reasonable duties as allocated by the line manager.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Training • Detailed knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the UK EYFS/ IB PYP. •Evidence of active participation in CPD. •Teaching degree or qualification with QTS. Experience / Knowledge •Minimum of two years teaching experience •Detailed understanding of AfL strategies and how to use assessment to inform planning for outstanding teaching and learning. •Adapts teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils. •Has high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils. •Proven track record of ensuring good progress and outcomes for pupils. •Creativity in teaching a topic/play-based curriculum in an international setting.
