1. Worktime: Monday-Friday, 8:00-17:00, one hour lunch break;Lesson planning according to teaching materials, and studentsEnglish level;<br/>2. Promoting learning in a professional and comprehensive manner;<br/>3. Creating an environment to promote English interaction amongChinese students in the class;<br/>4. Observing and evaluating each student's behavior and educational needs,and providing individualized instruction to each student as needed;<br/>5. Collaborating with other teachers, parents and administration and participating in regular meetings, seminars and trainings, <br/>6. Maximum teaching hours: 20 class hours per week (weekends off);<br/>7. Classs size: no more than 30; <br/>8. Class duration: 35 minutes

1. 2 years or above teaching experience,<br/>2. Bachelor's Degree or above, <br/>3. Native English speakers;<br/>4. Clean criminal background;<br/>5. Certificate such as TESOL, TEFL or CELTA a huge plus,
