1. Plan, prepare, and provide lesson plans and teaching materials that facilitate active learning; 2. Develop work plans, lesson plans, and tests that comply with established procedures; 3. Guide and supervise students in using learning materials and equipment; 4. Use relevant technologies to support and differentiate teaching; 5. Manage student behavior in the classroom by formulating and implementing rules and procedures; 6. Maintain discipline according to the school's rules and disciplinary system; 7. Provide appropriate homework feedback Encourage and supervise the progress of individual students, and use information to adjust teaching strategies; 9. Assign and grade classroom assignments, homework, tests, and assignments. Other functions of the job include but are not limited to the following:; 10. 1. Native English speaker; 2. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in related fields; 3. Hold TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificates. 4. No criminal background check 5. At least 2 years of teaching experience (preferably in an international school); 6. QTS/PGCE/US teaching qualification or other equivalent teaching qualification is preferred;
