Please let us know how you can help.To learn more about us please visit our website: www.pureandco.com and www.neonbuddha.netHead of Support and Logistics (Chiang Mai, Thailand)Georgie and Lou Ltd.: Brands: Pure Handknit / Neon Buddha / Siam GasifierLocation: Chiang Mai, ThailandRole Statement: To manage and maintain the effective running of the Logistics/Distribution, Corporate Customer Care, Shipping/Export and Facility Management functions.Purpose and Scope: Manage and overseer both the individual functions listed above and the interrelated Supply Chain relationships between certain of the functions ensuring value added support and service to both internal and external customers.Responsibilities:- Line management of Logistics/Distribution, Corporate Customer Care, Shipping/Export and Facilities Management staff, providing clear objectives, leadership and direction to those functions.- Ensure that all people, structures and systems are in place to facilitate and monitor the flow of goods and materials that enter and exit the Company.- Implementation of complex systems that are capable of forecasting stock levels, delivery times, transport costs etc.- Monitor the quality, cost and efficiency of both the movement and storage of goods.- Manage the Company transport/trucking fleet ensuring that there is optimum strategic and operational planning of customer logistics requirements.- Responsible for all logistics operations and support across all distribution channels.- Ensures that Corporate Customers are provided with efficient, fast and appropriate response and service.- Responsible for ensuring that facilities and utilities management activities are carried out by the people tasked to do so.- Implementation of site Quality Assurance systems as required by law.

Essential Tasks:- Daily and weekly meeting with Department Heads and staff.- Quality Customer service and care.- Ensuring utilities and site management activities are appropriately carried out.- Structures, systems and people in place to facilitate and monitor the flow of goods and materials entering and exciting the Company.
