Job responsibilities
1、负责对游戏进行体验，在短时间内掌握各种游戏的玩法；
2、受理游戏VIP客户咨询，帮助VIP客户解答游戏问题；
3、负责解答处理咨询、投诉问题，提供优质的服务;，积极为客户解决事宜，增加用户游戏粘度；
4、收集整理各平台反馈游戏的咨询与投诉问题，汇总问题反馈给相关部门提交改善建议并且跟进落实;
5、开展VIP增值服务的活动组织、策划、跟进。
Job Requirements
1、要中国人呀，然后有韩国的留学经验，或者韩国生活经历，大专以上学历，至少两年相关工作经验；
2、热爱游戏行业，有深入玩过一款策略类手游（SLG优先）；
3、善于与人沟通，应变能力强；性格乐观开朗
4、有耐心，责任心强， 顾客服务意识和团队精神，为人诚实、待人礼貌周到。
5、熟练使用韩语，作为工作语言，对韩国游戏用户了解优先
