Establish and improve the financial management system, and manage daily departmental affairs, capital operations, etc. Be responsible for overall planning and management, and complete the task requirements of the group company on time. Undertake accounting supervision to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of data. Standardize processes and formulate supporting rules and regulations according to the development needs of the company and the department. Be responsible for employee relations in the finance department, such as staff assessment and recruitment.

College degree or above, majoring in Accounting, Financial Management or related fields. Hold a Medium-Level Accounting Qualification Certificate; candidates with 3-5 years or more of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry are preferred. Be able to work under certain pressure and accept long-term overseas assignments.
