职位职责：（1）负责海外项目的法律风险把控，熟悉海外项目所在国家的相关法律，识别项目文件的法律风险等；（2）参与海外开发项目的沟通和谈判；（3）参与制订海外能源开发战略。Job Description：（1） Analyze overseas projects processes and make recommendations on how to reduce risk, increase compliance, familiar with overseas countries’ law and support the objectives of the overseas projects to suit local conditions.（2） Participate the communication and negotiation processes of the overseas projects.（3）Helping with development strategy Formulation for the overseas energy sources projects.

任职要求：（1） 熟练掌握中英文（英文要求能直接阅读、翻译文献，并用英文进行直接沟通） 
;（2）有3年以上海外并购项目的法律顾问经验；（3）有海外尤其是欧美、澳洲律师事务所工作经验者优先。（4）专业要求：法律 学历：硕士或以上学历Job Requirements:（1） Fluent in English and Mandarin (English skill includes reading and translating documents and oral communications).（2）Candidates shall have 3 years of experience as an in-house Legal Advisor/Legal Counsel/Legal Specialist for overseas mergers and acquisitions projects. （3）Qualified working experience in foreign law firm such as Europe, America or UK would be an extremely good added value.Major Requirement：LawDegree：Master and above
