Responsible for the drafting and revision of related establishment plans and legal documents for fund products and fund management companies. 3. Exploit and establish various fund-raising channels, including but not limited to cooperative relationships with governments at all levels, industrial development zones, commercial banks, securities firms, trusts, associations, well-known enterprises, private capital and other fund-raising channels. 4. Have the ability to independently complete the preliminary contact and invitation negotiation of fund raising. 5. Have the ability to communicate, negotiate, and implement funds independently with potential investors.

Have more than 5 years of working experience in securities asset management; 2. Served in investment decision-making positions such as fund managers and fund assistants in public funds (fund accounts) and securities companies' asset management departments, and the assets under management are stable and profitable for a long time;
