- College degree or above, majoring in apparel design or related field. - At least 3 years working experience in brand/wholesale apparel design. - Familiar with process flow, proficient in fabrics, accessories and color matching. - Strong innovation and design ability, keen fashion sense, familiar with industry trends and consumer needs. - Familiar with style trends in the Shenzhen wholesale market and in-depth knowledge of the domestic and international apparel markets. - Proficient in various design and office software.
