COMPANY DESCRIPTION:KONAXIS Tech is specialized in the manufacturing of technical non standard parts in China for SMEs worldwide. Our team of 10 Chinese and European engineers is expert in mechanical manufacturing method, workshop management, cost optimization, quality management (machining, forming, stamping, welding, mechanical assembly). POSITION TASKS: - Manage and develop a portfolio of customers (mailing and phoning) - Answer to tenders, prepare technical and commercial offers. - Business development - Monitoring of ongoing projects to ensure respect of Targets (quality, costs and deadlines), and report to clients project progress - Functional analyze and definition of part specification. - Production method review and Prod. cost/efficiency optimization review

SKILL & EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor degree in mechanical/electromechanical engineering with strong ability for business functions and Technical sales experience; or, business school with technical experience - Candidate can be fresh graduated and up to 3 years experience Maximum (training, employment…) - On hand experience in mechanical production is a plus, preferably in Small Medium Enterprise (SME) in the field of equipment building and/or mechanical production. - Knowledge of CAD / CAM softwares, good drawing reading skills, knowledge in Mechanical standards / codes a plus - Knowledge of basic mechanical process (machining, punching, casting, forging...) a plus - Autonomy, curiosity, able to propose solution in changing environment, strong motivation-Strong Entrepreneur spirit will be important quality for success in this position - Working language: English, Chinese a plus but not necessary. - German or French Native Required
