1、Responsible for reviewing bills of lading and arranging booking, transportation, cargo tracking, customs declaration, release, and other related matters; 2、Creating sea waybills and other related work; 3、Handling customer complaints, disputes, and other related tasks assigned by superiors.

1、Junior college degree or above, major not limited; 2、Familiar with freight forwarding operation processes, priority will be given to those with relevant international freight forwarding industry experience; 3、Proficient in computer operations; 4、Able to communicate in daily life in Chinese or English; 5、Honest and hardworking, responsible for work, good stress resistance, strong service awareness and team spirit.
