- Maintain a high quality of teaching in own classes to ensure consistently high standards. - Continuously assess and seek to improve learner performance. - Ensure that center goals are met through new learner enrollments and existing learner renewals by providing excellent customer service and measurable learning outcomes and supporting the sales process. - Understand the business objectives of the center. - Become proficient in Think English interactive content and fully deliver Think English programs in the classroom. - Prepare lesson plans that are aligned with Think English language learning by utilizing existing content and have the ability to use developmentally appropriate instructional practices to enhance the effectiveness of each lesson.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. - Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of post-baccalaureate teaching experience, 12 months of which must be consecutive. - Fluency in English, including but not limited to: correct grammar, sentence structure, word tenses, subject-verb agreement, and correct use of adjectives and adverbs. - Demonstrate a neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English rhythm. - Be creative and passionate about bringing a unique personality to the Thinking English classroom, including talents in music, art and performing arts. - Ability to commit to working in China for 12 months. - Ability to stand, squat and bend for long periods of time. Required to lift 0.4 kg to 1.9 kg on a regular basis.
