Job Responsibilities Lead English lessons for 2 to 6-year-old children during scheduled times, provide an immersive English-speaking environment, and guarantee the quality of instruction. Ensure English curricula and lesson plans are implemented properly in the classroom and provide feedback to the R&D Department in order to improve it. Be able to assist with demo-classes and marketing activities. Maintain good relationships with parents, communicate with parents and assistant teachers and keep them well-informed about children’s performance and progress, provide a first-class service for the parents and children. Assist and participate in relevant on-site training provided by the center and the headquarters; be willing to accept new teaching modes and educational philosophies.
