Flying Engineer（FAE） We are looking for a new colleague in the R&D department located in Paris. • Educatton: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics or automottve engineering, ffuent in English or French. • Experience: 3 years or more switching power supply failure analysis work or switching power supply R & D work, with vehicle chargers and server power supply maintenance or test experience. Key Responsibility: 1. Be the technical representattve for OBC products and be able to handle the technical questtons raised by OEMs. 2. Support R&D team to clarify the requirements with OEMs in RFQ phase and development phase including HW, SW, Functtonal safety and other requirements. 3. Provide OBC technical support to customers with assistance of the remote team, strong ability to achieve the vehicle test, CAN record analysis, soffware update, hardware electronic components modiffcatton, issue analysis. 4. Familiar with the quality process of OEMs, collaborattve management of failure analysis and followup of failure issue. 5. Can travel at any ttme to reach the customer sites in Europe to solve customer productton and affer-sales quality issues. 6. Good communicatton sense, develop excellent customer relattonship with OEMs as well as a good understanding on speciffc customer and market needs. Knowledge Skills: 1. Good knowledge of ffeld applicatton of OBC products and the interfaces with vehicle. 2. Good theorettcal foundatton in analog and digital circuits, familiar with the principle of switching power supply, and have a deep understanding of PFC, various DC-DC conversion topologies, EMI, control circuits, I2C and other lines. 3. Knowledge of speciffcattons of various electronic components technical parameters, structure, applicatton, parameters of the test and failure mechanism. 4. Strong logical thinking ability, proffcient in the use of commonly used auxiliary analysis tools, such as ffshbone diagram, 8D, etc. to analyze issues. 5. Strong customer focus, good communicatton skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team. 6. Willingness to travel around Europe and ffuency in Chinese, English and French spoken and written.
