Job Description: - Oversee comprehensive accounting functions for the Germany entity, ensuring the accuracy and punctuality of financial reports. Responsibilities encompass ledger review, monthly account closings, monthly reporting, annual audits, and tax submissions. - Maintain effective communication with finance personnel and representatives from other subsidiary entities, ensuring alignment in data and policies between the Germany headquarters and its subsidiaries. - Develop and enhance the Germany-based financial manual to ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), relevant tax laws, and prevailing business customs. - Foster close collaborations with business units, delivering timely financial analyses, forecasts, and reports to bolster decision-making. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline. - A minimum of 3 years in accounting, with at least 1 years spent within an audit firm. - Proficiency in both English and Mandarin across listening, speaking, reading, and writing. - Profound knowledge of FRS, Income Tax, and Withholding tax regulations, and the ability to adeptly apply them. - International Trading, Biotech, and manufacturing industry experiences are advantageous.
