THE ROLE: As a valued member of our staff in Shanghai, you can utilise your project management skills, handling several interesting projects, from start to finish. The job will allow you to gain valuable personal- and professional experiences, developing unique ‘Custom-made Visual Merchandising Campaigns’ for international high-end brands. You will act as a combined designer & project manager for your assigned portfolio of projects, working with colleagues from Denmark, Norway, UK, Poland, Argentina, Italy, Colombia and China, all with different professional backgrounds and experiences. RESPONSABILITIES: • Create designs, visualisations and presentations for projects, including biddings to new customers. • Drive technical maturing of products, including making technical production drawings and prototypes for mass production. • Overall project control, including management and coordination with other departments such as drawers, quality control, logistics and administration. • Contact and cooperation with your allocated portfolio of customers • Calculation of prices, including preparation of quotations and sales orders.

You have strong business acumen and can give clear instructions in a professional and kind manner while maintaining a pleasant and ambitious work environment. You are able and willing to occasionally take trips internationally, if need be. Furthermore, you: • Have a degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture Design or similar. • Bring minimum 3-5 years of proven design and project management experience. • Use SolidWorks and/or Rhino and the Adobe package at a professional high level. A strong technical understanding as well as advanced skills in visualisation and customer presentations, will be highly appreciated. • Master English at business level, in spoken and written as well - Additional language skills are a definite advantage. • Have strong Microsoft Excel skills. • Possess a highly creative mind-set capable of understanding and capturing our customer’s brand-DNA and needs. • Are structured, efficient, diligent, loyal and possess reliable character traits, besides being positive, pro-active, dynamic and flexible. • Experiences from within graphic design and offset printing will also be appreciated.
