1、Fully responsible for the financial management of north American region and accomplish the annual financial target according to the Group’s overall financial system； 2、Corporate with management team for annual budget and operation planning, tracking budget execution progress, provide financial reports, conduct analysis of financial statement, interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action； 3、Timely adjust revenue and expenditure plan, support to business development from financial and funds aspects； 4、Risk management review and analysis of significant investment project and operation activities, provide financial support； 5、Timely researching and knowledge financial policy and regulation, accomplish financial management, tax filing, auditing management, etc； 6、Provide financial reports on time as request from HQ financial Dept； 7、Step in front line of the business and understand the business needs, stay alert in evaluation and prevention of significant financial risk；

1、Bachelor degree or above in Finance, accounting related major； 2、2+ years professional experience in American company, large group or public trade company preferred, comprehensive knowledge of financial, accounting； 3、Familiar with China & USA Accounting Principle, Financial Reporting Standards and International Tax, understand the differences between countries, ability of report conversion, tax-planning, etc. 4、Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar, qualified for auditing and tax filing is a plus； 5、Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills in English and Chinese； 6、Well established skill of critical thinking, data analysis and investment analysis, familiar with finance tools and office software； 7、Responsible, quick learner, problem solving, team player, able to work under pressure 8、Legal identity to work in the USA
