1. Responsible for the daily operation & management of the factory, and to complete the production, quality, delivery, cost, safety and other indicators issued by company headquarter. 2. Responsible for the supervision, assessment, training and team building of both Chinese and local staff. 3. Responsible for the examination and approval of finance, procurement and major projects. To make decisions scientifically and democratically, and to improve systems and plug loopholes. 4. Pay regular visits to government officials such as customs, taxation and Ministry of Industry, well handle the relationship with trade unions, to create a good external environment for the the factory. 5. To learn and understand local customs, personnel, welfare, taxation and other policies, make sure to be legal and compliant and to avoid business risks.

1. College degree or above, English can be used as working language. 2. More than 10 years of production management experience, and more than 5 years of plant management experience. 3. Familiar with the production supply process and quality control standards of TV manufacturing machine, module, circuit board, etc. 4. Good ability to work under pressure, manage, learn, communicate, judge and make decisions; 5. Understand and identify with Chinese culture. Working experience in Chinese company is preferred.
