1.According to the actual needs of the company, assist in the research and analysis of plant site selection. 2.According to the requirements of the local government, prepare the relevant qualification materials for plant construction and apply for the qualification. 3.Responsible for drawing up the overall construction plan of the factory and implementing it according to the plan. 4.Responsible for the coordination and management of plant construction. 5.Responsible for translation between Vietnamese and Chinese. 6.Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders.

1.Vietnamese or local Chinese who have settled in Vietnam are familiar with the geographical environment and cultural environment of Hanoi or Haiphong. 2.Proficient in Chinese listening, speaking and writing skills. 3.More than 3 years management experience, factory construction experience is preferred. 4.Have a good sense of teamwork、organization and coordination skills.
