Job Requirements 1 More than 10 years working experience in the related enterprise is required.Be familiar with product production process, product verification system as well as the relevant requirements of the suppliers of materials and components in the automotive industry or aviation sector; 2 Be capable of developing aluminum alloy automotive sheet and designing production process and verification for product performance testing .Make an overall layout of the entire industry chain such as product development, production, and performance characteristics.Be familiar with process and equipment requirements. 3 Be possessed with capabilities of new product development and technological innovation and able to organize the implementation of new products, new process development.Keep production stable and provide effective solutions to product quality problems; 4 Have good language expression and written communication skills , strong organizational coordination and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit; 5 Organize technical training for employees.
